The session offers high resistance for the aerobics but also support
for tender muscles and joints. Very good for injury recovery and added
resistance training. The club meet at 7.00pm but the dates will have to
be confirmed with the Swimming baths.

Athletics Club
This club deals exclusively with running and track/field in the
summer. There is specific training for older members. The sessions
include stretching, drills, games, exercises, circuits and relays. The
club meets on Tuesday nights in the gym from 6.00-7.30. They also meet
on Thursday nights at the Rutland Rec. from 6.30-7.30 but this session
is for 12’s and over only. Each session is £1 with an annual fee of
2.50 for official membership.

would need to phone Debbie Campbell. The session is run as a relaxed and
event where you can whenever you want and leave when you feel you’ve

amount of time spent at the session.

The basketball club offers the chance for many different age groups to
become competent at a wide range of basketball skills. The club offers
coaching sessions from 7.30-9.30pm. The cost of sessions is £2.50 for
the use of high quality equipment and good coaches.
