local schools and community arts organisations come together to plan a diverse and exciting programme of activities focussing on creativity. Festival takes place over two weeks and aims to get everyone involved in The Arts through a varied menu of mostly free activities for all ages.
Sustained Magic is a professional theatre company based in Ilkeston. The companies remit is to commission, support and develop new professional theatre work within Erewash. The company is developing a sustainable program of work which includes and annual new writing production and promenade ghosts walks around Erewash.
Wash Arts is a not-for-profit arts organisation based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. We develop creative opportunities for people living in and around Erewash. We run an inclusive programme of events, performances, exhibitions, workshops and other community-led projects using a wide variety of art-forms.
IME run live music events at the various venues for national touring bands and local talent. IME also work on various other projects throughout the year. Summer festival, Battle of the Bands, Workshops and other projects.
Ilkeston Photo 2000 club are a progressive club, based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire that exists to further the appreciation of photography both on film and digitally by means of lectures, practical sessions and competitions in an informal atmosphere and is open to photographers of all standards.
